President Trump brokered a peace deal in Egypt, the “Trump Declaration,” to end the Gaza conflict. The agreement includes a ceasefire, hostage/detainee exchange, and an interim government. Disarmament of Hamas and Gaza’s reconstruction are also planned, though challenges remain due to absent key players and humanitarian concerns.
