NEW DELHI: A couple has reportedly claimed the existence of Bigfoot, providing video evidence to support their claim. A recently surfaced video on the internet depicts an unusual-looking creature moving along the mountainside and eventually sitting down to take a break.

The viral video was recorded by a US couple, who were enjoying a romantic break in Colorado. The footage has since ignited speculation regarding the existence of Bigfoot.

Sasquatch, commonly known as Bigfoot, is believed to be a large, hairy, human-like creature, with alleged sightings in the northwestern US and western Canada. Nonetheless, there remains a dearth of scientific evidence substantiating the existence of this elusive entity.

Shannon and Stetson Parker, the couple in question, were celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary during a sightseeing excursion on the narrow gauge rail line between Durango and Silverton in Colorado’s far southwest, as reported by The New York Post.

Shannon, a 44-year-old contractor hailing from Cheyenne, Wyoming, shared her intriguing encounter, stating, “We were searching for elk in the mountains, and my husband noticed something moving that defied explanation. He exclaimed, ‘Bigfoot!'”

She added, “It stood at least six or seven feet tall, or even taller. Its appearance blended remarkably well with the mountain sage when crouching down. If you had asked us before our trip, we might have entertained the possibility of Bigfoot’s existence. However, now we are thoroughly convinced.”

Shannon Parker subsequently posted the video on Facebook with the caption, “On Sunday, October 8, 2023, Stetson Tyler and I took the Narrow-Gauge train ride from Durango to Silverton. After leaving Silverton and heading back to Durango, I asked Stetson to help me look for elk in the mountains. As we passed by the mountains, Stetson spotted something in motion and declared it to be Bigfoot.

“Brandon, the individual seated beside Stetson on the train, promptly took out his phone and began recording. Meanwhile, I attempted to capture a photo on my camera. Below is the video recorded by Brandon @bt92.travels and the photos I managed to take. Out of the hundreds of passengers on the train, just a handful of us, as Stetson mentions in the video, had the rare opportunity to witness the elusive creature, Bigfoot! Personally, we wholeheartedly believe!”

A third user humorously remarked, “In 2023, one would expect the couple to be proficient in using the camera’s zoom feature. They probably didn’t want people to spot the zipper on the back of the costume.”
