Kurukshetra: Global Nurse Force (GNF) and the Naveen Jindal Foundation (NJF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand NJF’s flagship skilling initiative, Naveen AVSAR, aimed at empowering youth in Kurukshetra and neighbouring districts with industry-aligned training and global career opportunities in healthcare.
Naveen AVSAR is a transformative programme designed to equip India’s youth and women with vocational skills, fostering self-reliance through strategic partnerships. The collaboration with GNF—a global leader in healthcare training and ethical international placements—will provide world-class clinical skilling, English-language proficiency, and overseas career pathways for aspiring healthcare professionals in Haryana.
Under the MoU, GNF and NJF will co-develop an industry-ready curriculum, deliver expert-led training with simulation-based learning, and benchmark students against international healthcare standards. The programme will also offer personalised career counselling and zero-fee placements in high-demand destinations like the UK, US, Ireland, and Germany, leveraging GNF’s two-decade track record of placing over 30,000 Indian nurses globally.
Lalit Pattanaik, CEO of Global Nurse Force, emphasised the partnership’s potential to match Kurukshetra’s youth with global opportunities, while Dr. Maneesh Mishra, VP of Skills at NJF, highlighted healthcare as a key growth sector for employment. The initiative aims to train 10,000 youth in Haryana within a year, strengthening both local livelihoods and the global healthcare workforce.
