Day 2 of BMPS 2025 Grand Finals saw NONX Esports rise to the top of the leaderboard with 103 points, led by Levii’s MVP performance, as 4M, Genesis, and K9 scramble to keep up in the race to Riyadh.

NEW DELHI: The battlegrounds had a mixed Day 2 of the BMPS 2025 Grand Finals wrapped up. Six entertaining matches, bringing the best of Indian esports talent head-to-head. With a ₹4 crore prize pool, 16 teams, and 72 matches scheduled, fans were treated to a thrilling second day. The winning team will be presented with the prestigious opportunity to represent India at the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

The standout performer of the day was undoubtedly NONX.

GAME 7 Erangel:

The starting game of Day 2 belonged to Genesis, a T1 team who gave a massive comeback after a slow Day 1. Their star player of this game, GENSZAP, with 4 finishes and 3 knockouts had the highest score in his squad. The team accumulated 21 points, the highest on Day 2. ONEPLUSK9BEAST emerged as the MVP with 5 finishes and 3 knockouts.

 

 TEAM FOREVER, considered a T1 team, impressed with 16 points, showing potential. 8Bit, the pre-tournament favorite, made it into the top 3 for the second time with 9 points.

 

Game 8 Miramar:

2OP Esports, who were languishing at the bottom of the leaderboard after Day 1, secured a surprise victory in Game 8 on Miramar. 2OPLiability led the charge with 3 finishes and 3 knockouts, guiding the team to 18 crucial points.

However, the MVP of the match was OnePlus K9NJBOI, who delivered a stunning performance with 5 finishes and 5 knockouts, helping his team bag 12 points and a second-place finish. AXTMG rounded out the top 3 with 11 points, continuing their consistent run.

 

Game 9 Sanhok:

Game 9 on Sanhok saw AXTMG emerge victorious again, with Devotee leading them to 17 points through tactical positioning and zone dominance. Although Devotee had 2 finishes and 3 knockouts, the spotlight was stolen by NONXLevii, who claimed the MVP title with 5 finishes and 2 knockouts.

NONX Esports, on the back of Levii’s brilliance, secured second place with 15 points, while Los Hermanos (LHS) made a quiet but effective entry into the top 3, collecting 10 points.

 

GAME 10 Sanhok:

OnePlus K9 showed they mean business in Game 10, securing a much-needed Chicken Dinner with K9Omega bagging 3 finishes and 3 knockouts. The team finished with 19 points, propelling them up the mid-table rankings.

Still, the MVP crown went to EGX Mernox, who came alive in this match with 5 finishes and 4 knockouts, despite his team not finishing in the top 3. 4TRX continued their consistency with a 12-point performance, while OnePlus GDR gathered 11 points.

Game 11 Miramar: 

NONX Esports had their biggest moment yet in Game 11, with Levii putting on a masterclass. With 7 finishes and 4 knockouts, Levii not only secured the Chicken Dinner but also earned a second MVP title for the day. The team took home 20 points, making a significant dent in the leaderboard.

TWOB surprised many by landing in second place with 14 points, showcasing smart rotations and positioning. LHS put in another respectable effort, closing out the top 3 with 12 points.

 

 Game 12 Erangel:

The final game of Day 2 was a showcase of discipline and strategy. Genesis Esports took the Chicken Dinner with GENS Zap scoring 4 finishes and 3 knockouts, earning the team 21 points. It marked Genesis’ return to form after a quiet Day 1.

Yet again, the MVP came from a rival camp—OnePlus K9 Beast, who delivered 5 finishes and 3 knockouts, reinforcing OnePlus K9’s status as a lethal unit despite mixed team results. TF secured 16 points in second place, while 8Bit—a team under heavy scrutiny—managed to scrape 9 points, keeping their campaign barely afloat.

With half the tournament still left to unfold, Day 2 has reshaped the leaderboard and narrative. Underdogs are rising, veterans are adjusting, and fans can expect even more intensity as teams now begin to jockey for Riyadh’s golden slot and a piece of the ₹4 crore. Team NONX pushed $M to the second spot and is leading with 103 points.
