NEW DELHI: The Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS) Season 4 is set to run from August 18 to September 14, 2025, with NODWIN Gaming at the helm and Star Sports as broadcast partner. This year’s edition combines high-level competitive gaming with an unprecedented push for inclusivity, thanks to the debut of an all-female Challengers Series.

Tournament Format: Four Phases of Competition
1. League Stage (Aug 18 – Sept 7)
- Masters Series:
- 24 top-tier BGMI squads.
- 21 matchdays, 84 matches in total (4/day).
- Each team plays 56 matches.
- Top 4 → Direct Grand Finals entry.
- 5th–12th → Semi-finals.
- Bottom 12 → Playoffs.
- Challengers Series (first time in BGMS history):
- 24 all-female BGMI teams.
- Top 4 → Qualify for Playoffs.
- Rest eliminated.
2. Playoffs (Sept 9)
- 16 teams (12 from Masters + 4 from Challengers).
- 4 matches in a single day.
- Top 8 → Semi-finals.
3. Semi-finals (Sept 10–11)
- 16 teams (8 from Masters + 8 from Playoffs).
- 2 matchdays, 4 matches/day.
- Top 12 → Grand Finals.
4. Grand Finals (Sept 12–14)
- 16 finalists (4 from Masters + 12 from Semi-finals).
- 3 days of competition to crown the BGMS 2025 champion.
