New Delhi / Mumbai: ABD Maestro Pvt. Ltd., the super-premium and luxury spirits arm of Allied Blenders & Distillers (ABD), launches YELLO Designer Whisky, a striking new blend that fuses curated Scotch malts with rich Indian malt whiskies.

The announcement comes soon after the success of Rangeela Vodka, introduced by actor Ranveer Singh, Co-Founder and Creative Partner at ABD Maestro. With YELLO, the company unveils a bold, design-first whisky crafted for modern India’s expressive and high-energy consumers.

Packaging That Breaks Convention

YELLO’s packaging mirrors India’s youth-driven cultural shift — vibrant, sleek and intentionally disruptive. Its standout colour palette, fluid contours, and distinctive ‘whisky window’ establish it as a conversation piece on the shelf.

A Whisky That Marries Two Worlds

The whisky blends Speyside and Highland Scotch malts, matured in ex-bourbon oak barrels, with full-bodied Indian malts. The Scotch imparts soft vanilla, caramel and light oak notes, while the Indian malt delivers warmth, richness and a lingering, bolder finish.

A Brand Built for the Young, Confident India

YELLO is designed for an innovative, daring and youthful brand construct for product, packaging and communication. It’s born to stand out, with outstanding whisky sitting in the bottle. At ABD Maestro, we build with quality, creativity and consumers at its heart,” says Bikram Basu, Managing Director, ABD Maestro Pvt. Ltd.

With India’s super-premium spirits category expanding rapidly, brands that reflect identity and self-expression are gaining strong traction among new-age drinkers. YELLO’s positioning aligns directly with this consumer shift.

Launch & Availability

YELLO Designer Whisky debuts in Maharashtra at an MRP of ₹2,700 for 750 ml. Rollouts in Goa, West Bengal and key North Indian markets will follow shortly.
