WATCH| This Bihar MLA carries a Revolver with him Wherever He Goes, but Why?

JD(U) MLA Gopal Mandal was seen carrying a revolver to hospital in Gopalganj district on Tuesday. Mandal, is a JD(U) legislator from Gopalpur. Reportedly, he reached the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital (JLNMCH) seeking medical treatment for her grand-daughter, with a revolver in hand. After the video went viral, he clarified to the media that he carries the revolver for his own safety, raising many questions over the prevailing law & order situation in the state.
