Summary

The VCSA 2025 Ascension Qualifiers at Ardee Mall, Gurugram, will decide who represents South Asia at VCT Ascension Pacific in Bangkok. With top teams like Velocity Gaming, S8UL Esports, and Dot Exe battling it out, this weekend promises high-octane Valorant action and regional esports glory.

NEW DELHI:  The VCSA (VALORANT Challengers South Asia) Ascension Qualifiers are all set to electrify Ardee Mall in Gurugram this weekend, marking the culmination of VCSA Split 3. This LAN showdown is the final gateway for one South Asian team to qualify for the prestigious VCT Ascension Pacific 2025, scheduled to be held in Bangkok from October 13 to 26.

Following an intense online stage held on July 7–8, three teams have emerged as the top contenders: Velocity Gaming, S8UL Esports, and Dot Exe. Originally, four teams had made it to the online stage, but Revenant Xspark, despite being a fan-favorite and ranking high in circuit points, failed to qualify for the LAN event. With only one spot available for the South Asian region at Ascension Pacific, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

The venue for the event, Ardee Mall in Sector 52, Gurugram, is expected to see large footfall from Valorant fans and esports enthusiasts. Entry is likely open to the public, offering fans a chance to watch their favorite players live in action and soak in the high-pressure LAN environment. For those unable to attend in person, the matches will be livestreamed in both Hindi and English on NODWIN Gaming’s YouTube and Facebook channels, as well as the official VALORANT South Asia platforms.

THE PRIZE POOL:

The prize pool for VCSA 2025 stands at ₹1.13 crore, with ₹53 lakh allocated for Split 3 alone. But more than the money, the teams are vying for the opportunity to represent South Asia at a global level. Ascension Pacific offers direct entry into the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) ecosystem, a life-changing opportunity for any rising esports roster.

TEAM OVERVIEW:

Velocity Gaming, coming in with 265 circuit points, is the highest-seeded team and boasts a seasoned lineup with players like SkRossi and Lightningfast. Known for their disciplined play and LAN experience, they are favorites to win. S8UL Esports, backed by India’s largest gaming collective, combines fan power with strong in-game leadership under hellff. They’ve proven to be consistent and tactical. Dot Exe, the underdog story of this season, has punched above its weight with players like TERMI and Trinxty, earning praise for their coordination and fearless approach.

This weekend in Gurugram isn’t just another esports event—it’s the defining moment for South Asia’s Valorant scene in 2025. The winner won’t just lift a trophy; they’ll carry the region’s hopes into the global arena at VCT Ascension Pacific. Whether you’re watching courtside or online, brace yourself for some of the most electrifying Valorant action India has ever seen.
