SRINAGAR: In an operation on Wednesday, two terrorists were eliminated, and a police officer sustained injuries during an encounter in the Sopore area of Baramulla.
According to a senior police officer, terrorists were neutralized by security forces in Hadipora, Sopore, though their identities are yet to be confirmed.
Just two days prior, on Monday, another terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in the Bandipora district of the Kashmir valley.
As the joint teams of forces intensified their search near the suspected location, the concealed terrorists opened fire, leading to an encounter.
