Interestingly, the same fake account that she was referring to posted her original message on X, and later changed its name to include “parody” in it.The account has over 200,000 followers and often posts about Sara’s rumoured relationship with Gill.
The issue of deepfake technology and its potential harms has also been raised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the G20 Virtual Summit. He said that the technology is dangerous for society and individuals, and urged for measures to safeguard against its risks. He also stressed the need to make artificial intelligence accessible to the people and safe for society.
This is not the first time that Sara Tendulkar has been linked with Shubman Gill. The rumours started when Sara posted a picture of Gill on her Instagram story, and Gill responded with a heart emoji. Later, actress Sara Ali Khan, who was also rumoured to be dating Gill, confirmed on a talk show that it was Sara Tendulkar who was dating Gill. However, neither Sara nor Gill have officially confirmed or denied their relationship status.
