New Delhi: Raghav Chadha, Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, has been invited as a distinguished keynote speaker at the upcoming Asian Leadership Conference (ALC) 2025, to be held in Seoul, South Korea, on May 21-22. The invitation comes from the Center for Asia Leadership and Chosun Media, the co-hosts of one of Asia’s most prestigious leadership forums.

The ALC, often regarded as Asia’s answer to the World Economic Forum, brings together over 320 global leaders from politics, business, and civil society to deliberate on critical challenges facing the continent. Past speakers include Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol, Indonesian President Joko Widodo, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, former U.S. Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush, former UK Prime Ministers Boris Johnson and David Cameron, and Alibaba founder Jack Ma, among other luminaries.
This year’s conference, themed The Rise of Nations: Pathways to Great Prosperity’, marks the 80th anniversary of Korean Liberation and the 75th anniversary of the Korean War. The event will focus on strategies for sustainable growth, crisis resilience, and governance reforms in an era of geopolitical and economic uncertainties.
Mr. Chadha has been invited to share his insights on two high-profile panel discussions:
1. “The New Political Vanguard: Young Leaders Reshaping Governance in Asia”
2. “Crisis-Proofing Nations: Health, Climate, and Conflict in a Poly-crisis Era”
He will join an illustrious lineup of speakers, including former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, former Australian PM Tony Abbott, former Kyrgyz PM Djoomart Otorbaev, and ex-NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
The conference will also host 1,000 university students from 47 Asian nations, aiming to inspire the next generation of leaders. With 2,500 in-person attendees and over 100,000 online viewers, the ALC serves as a pivotal platform for shaping Asia’s future.
Mr. Chadha’s participation underscores his rising prominence as a young leader influencing governance and policy debates in Asia. His perspectives on democratic innovation and crisis management are expected to contribute significantly to the global dialogue at the summit.
