Krishna Janmabhoomi’s dispute case will be heard in a fast-track court today. A petition has been filed by advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh, who is the chairman of the Sri Krishna Janambhoomi Mukti Trust.

The court will hear the case claiming that on the stairs of the Jama Masjid in Agra, Lord Krishna’s idol is buried.

The petitioner advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh put forward his assertions that Mughal emperor Aurangazeb, after razing down the Mathura Jamansthan temple, had taken Lord Krishna’s idols from Mathura to Agra to bury them under the stairs of the Jahanara Mosque.
