Mumbai: The FICCI Young Leaders Summit 2025 is set to commence tomorrow, November 12, at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, bringing together an eminent lineup of policymakers, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and youth icons from across India.
Organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the summit will spotlight the power of young leadership in driving India’s next wave of growth and innovation.
The inaugural session will feature Harsha V Agarwal, President of FICCI and Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Emami Ltd, delivering the welcome address. Shashwat Goenka, Chair of the FICCI Young Leaders Forum and Vice Chairman of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, will deliver the industry address and launch the FICCI Young Leaders Helpdesk, a new initiative designed to support young entrepreneurs in navigating India’s business landscape.
The session will also include a Youth Address by Sania Mirza, former Indian tennis player, and a Vision Address by Anant Goenka, President-Elect of FICCI and Vice-Chairman of RPG Group. Jyoti Vij, Director General of FICCI, will present the Special Address.
The Keynote Address will be delivered by Ashish Shelar, Minister of Information & Technology and Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra, while Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, is expected to deliver the Inaugural Address.
Following the addresses, Smt. Aishwarya Bansal, Chair of the FICCI Young Leaders Forum (Delhi NCR) and Co-founder of Smartworld Developers, will deliver the closing remarks. The session will also witness the launch of new FICCI Young Leaders State Chapters — including Madhya Pradesh (led by Ms. Sakshi Sage, Managing Director, The Sage University) and Karnataka (led by Rishikesh SR, Co-founder of Rapido). A report presentation by Khaitan & Co will conclude the session.
