UP Police file an FIR in Seema Haider’s case; list items recovered from her possession

NEW DELHI: Two video cassettes recording the memories of her childhood and her marriage with her estranged husband Ghulam Haider, three bus tickets worth ₹15,000 each from Nepal, four mobile phones and her Pakistani identity proofs were recovered from Seema Haider.

Seema came into the limelight following her Gadar-inspired love story with Greater Noida resident Sachin, which started on the mobile game PUBG and saw her sell properties in Pakistan to come to India via the porous Nepal border with her four children in tow.

According to the FIR, a copy of which is with The New Indian, Seema, her lover Sachin, and Sachin’s father Netrapal were booked under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946 and Section 120B (criminal conspiracy) at Rabupura Police Station.

 

 

 

 

 

The FIR said over a dozen articles, including her marriage registration certificate with her husband in Pakistan, Ghulam Haider, were recovered from her.

Besides, one family registration certificate, the Pakistani ID card of Seema, the Pak ID card of her husband Ghulam Haider, Seema’s passport of Pakistan, her four children’s passports, three bus tickets from Pokhara, Kathmandu and two video cassettes – one carrying her childhood memories and another carrying videos of her marriage with Ghulam Haider.

The FIR said, the police also recovered four mobile phones from different companies – Tecno Camon, Oppo, Ifnix Hot and Poco X3. Among them, one mobile phone belonging to Tecno Camon was broken when police recovered it from Seema.

The police also recovered one SIM card from Pakistan-based telecom company Zong.

Seema has four children (one boy and three girls) from Ghulam – Farhan, 6 years, Farwa, 5, Fariha, 4, and Farah, 3.

The FIR also stated that Seema came to India via Nepal in May. The bus route for coming to Noida was guided by Sachin, as the FIR mentioned.

Sachin, who often travels to Nepal, met Seema in March of this year. They stayed together in a hotel, the New Vinayak Hotel, located near the New Bus Stand in Kathmandu, for seven days. She had come to Nepal via Sharjah-Dubai.
