AAP has rejected the allegations, but the BJP has said that the CBI probe will establish the truth.

Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said, “CBI inquiry will soon establish that on whose instructions the norms for floating tenders for such constructions were violated.”

“The inquiry will also bring out that on whose instructions the PWD officials floated small tenders for the construction which was done without getting any sanction plan approved from MCD and above all the rejection of the plan submitted to the Delhi Urban Art Commission,” it added.
