An ambulance was stuck in traffic jam for hours in Sasaram, Bihar during Chief minister Nitish Kumar’s Samadhan yatra.
The panic siren fell on deaf ears as officers on-duty ensured a clean pass for CM Nitish Kumar, while a patient who suffered a brain stroke kept waiting for more than an hour before being allowed to go to the hospital.
