Snake venom at rave party: UP Police book Youtuber Elvish Yadav

NEW DELHI: Elvish Yadav, who was recently seen on ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’, has been caught in between of a controversy where a case has been registered against him for supplying snake venom and organising a rave party illegally. 

Youtuber Elvish Yadav got in trouble after the Noida police filed an FIR against him following a complaint by Gaurav Gupta, serving as an Animal Welfare Officer at the People For Animal (PFA) organisation, accusing Elvish and other YouTubers of filming videos with snakes and venom at Noida-NCR farmhouses.  

Based on the complaint filed by the PFA Animal Welfare Officer at Sector-49 Police Station, Noida, a case has been registered against six individuals, including Elvish Yadav, for organising a party at the Banquet Hall in Noida Sector-51 and supplying snake venom. 

In connection with this case, the police have arrested five individuals, namely Rahul, Teetunath, Jaykaran, Narayan, and Ravinath, who were found in possession of 9 snakes. The investigation into the matter is ongoing. The police had allegedly caught five cobras, two double-headed snakes, a python and a red snake from six smugglers.No official confirmation from youtuber Elvish’s team has come in yet.
