Four Dalit people were assaulted on the suspicion of stealing a goat and some pigeons. In a viral video, a person named Shubham Maghade was seen tied to a tree and beaten. Shubham said, that he was deliberately targeted because of his Dalit identity. However, six individuals have been charged with Section 307 ( attempt to murder) and Section 364 ( Kidnapping).
