NEW DELHI: In a landmark real estate partnership that reflects the accelerating growth of the Northern Emirates, BNW Developments has appointed MAN Construction, a subsidiary of the Masah Group, as the principal contractor for its flagship project, Aqua Arc, on Al Marjan Island.
The billion-dirham waterfront development will be one of the most significant residential projects in Ras Al Khaimah. It unites two major players in the Gulf region’s infrastructure and real estate sectors. BNW Developments, co-founded by actor-entrepreneur Vivek Anand Oberoi and chaired by Ankur Aggarwal, is among the fastest-growing private developers in Ras Al Khaimah. MAN Construction, on the other hand, brings a robust legacy of executing technically demanding projects across the GCC, including hospitals, airports, and high-rise towers.
