NEW DELHI: In a thrilling climax to the Skyesports Championship 2025, Vasista Esports emerged as champions, clinching the top spot with a commanding total of 169 points after an intense three-day Grand Finals held in Bangalore. The tournament, featuring India’s elite 16 esports teams, showcased fierce competition and world-class gameplay, underscoring the rapid growth of esports in the country.
Dominating the Finals
Vasista Esports displayed exceptional consistency and skill throughout the Grand Finals, finishing with 75 position points and an impressive 94 finish points. The team secured the title by claiming three crucial Winner Winner Chicken Dinners (WWCDs), outpacing their closest rivals.

Trailing behind, Autobotz Esports earned second place with 137 points, while Learn From Past grabbed third with 135 points. Both teams played strategically well, but it was Vasista Esports’ steady performance and high finish rate that ultimately made the difference.
Top Individual Performers
Leading Vasista Esports’ charge were VE Fury and VE ScaryyJod, each racking up 30 finishes, boasting a 1.67 Finish Per Match (FPM) ratio and contributing 31.91% of the team’s finishes. Their remarkable synergy and precision proved instrumental in the team’s victory.
Other standout fraggers included LEFP SahilDPAF from Learn From Past with 29 finishes and a 32.58% finish contribution, and WF TraceGod from Wyld Fangs with 28 finishes. The most notable individual contributor was RIE JatinOG from Rising Inferno Esports, who achieved a staggering 54.9% finish contribution, showcasing incredible impact.

Meanwhile, 4Merical Esports and Money Makerz secured ninth and tenth positions, narrowly missing out on the top ranks by just a few points.
The lower half of the leaderboard saw a fierce contest among True Rippers, Team Versatile, and OnePlus Cincinnati Kids. Despite strong efforts, these teams couldn’t match the consistency of the leading contenders.
