Delhi police arrested two Haryana men, Amit and Sunny, for smuggling illicit liquor. They were caught near a Dwarka hotel with 28 cartons of illegal liquor, totaling 1400 quarters. The unemployed men used a Volkswagen Polo to transport the contraband and supplied it to Delhi for profit.
