New Delhi: KP Group, one of India’s largest renewable energy conglomerates, has successfully concluded the Annual General Meetings (AGMs) of its three flagship companies — KPI Green Energy Limited (17th AGM), KP Energy Limited (16th AGM), and KP Green Engineering Limited (24th AGM).
The meetings highlighted record growth, technological milestones, and the Group’s deepening commitment to India’s clean energy transition.
KPI Green Energy: 70% Growth, 950 MW Capacity, Expansion into New States
At its 17th AGM, KPI Green Energy reported 70% year-on-year growth, achieving its highest-ever revenue. The company’s installed capacity crossed 950 MW (IPP + CPP), supported by a strong pipeline of 2.96 GW projects, a 5,946-acre land bank, and 3,264+ MW evacuation capacity.
Expanding into Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra, the company also invested ₹10.36 crore in CSR, including building the world’s first old-age home for the differently-abled.
KP Energy: Surpasses 1 GW, Targets 10 GW by 2030
The 16th AGM of KP Energy marked the company crossing 1 GW in renewable capacity, including 243 MW hybrid solar-wind projects. With MoUs signed in Rajasthan, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh, KP Energy is scaling into offshore wind, floating solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and green hydrogen.
The company has set an ambitious 10 GW target by 2030, backed by pilots in storage technology and advanced monitoring through its Network Operations Centre.
KP Green Engineering: ₹709 Crore Revenue, Asia’s Largest Galvanising Facility
At its 24th AGM, KP Green Engineering announced revenues of ₹709 crore and profits of ₹73 crore. The company inaugurated a 45-acre factory, housing Asia’s largest galvanising tanks with 4 lakh MT annual capacity. It has also pioneered the use of green hydrogen in galvanising, a global first.
With 22 product lines spanning renewable energy, infrastructure, power, telecom, and transport, the company continues to champion sustainable manufacturing.
