MUMBAI: The FICCI Young Leaders Summit 2025, to be held on November 12 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, will bring together India’s most promising entrepreneurs, policymakers, and innovators for a day of dialogue, collaboration, and inspiration.

The New Indian joins as the official media partner, capturing the energy, ideas, and ambitions that define the next generation of leadership in India.

Organised by the FICCI Young Leaders Forum (FYL), the summit will open with an inaugural session featuring Harsha V. Agarwal, President of FICCI and Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Emami; Shashwat Goenka, Chair of FICCI Young Leaders Forum and Vice Chairman of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group; Anant Goenka, President-Elect of FICCI; and senior ministers including Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, and Ashish Shelar, Minister of IT & Culture, Government of Maharashtra.

The welcome address by Harsha Agarwal will be followed by industry and vision statements from Shashwat Goenka and Anant Goenka, respectively.

One of the highlights of the morning will be the launch of new FICCI Young Leaders State Chapters in Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka, led by Sakshi Sage of Sage University and Rishikesh SR, Co-founder of Rapido. Khaitan & Co will also present a report on evolving business frameworks for startups.

The day’s sessions will cover a wide range of subjects — from the legal foundations of startups in “Founders & Frameworks: What Every Founder Must Know” to venture capital insights in “Inside the Mind of a VC: What They See Before They Fund.”

A major highlight will be the Fireside Chat “India Tomorrow: Voices of Young Parliamentarians”, moderated by Rohan Dua, Executive Editor of The New Indian. The session will feature MPs Shrikant Eknath Shinde and Chandan Chauhan, discussing youth participation, entrepreneurship, and policymaking.
