Delhi Love Jihad: Sahil Khan’s friends involved in Sakshi’s killing?

NEW DELHI: In a shocking development related to the Delhi Love Jihad case, the ongoing investigation and interrogation of Sahil Khan have revealed the potential involvement of more individuals in the murder of Sakshi. The Delhi Police, who accessed two crucial CCTV videos from the crime scene, have identified suspicious activities suggesting Khan was not acting alone.

During a one-minute video, Khan can be seen engaged in a conversation with an individual wearing a brown T-shirt, both engrossed in a mobile phone. The time stamp on the footage indicates this interaction occurred between 8:44 pm and 8:45 pm, just moments before the attack on Sakshi.

Shortly after the conversation, at 8:45 pm, Khan intercepted Sakshi and launched a brutal knife attack, continuing the assault until 8:47 pm. Intriguingly, another boy attempted to intervene during the stabbing, but quickly fled the scene.

Eyewitnesses, who preferred to remain anonymous, have also corroborated the presence of Khan’s friends in the vicinity during the incident, raising questions about their potential involvement.

In response to these alarming findings, the Delhi Police has detained several close friends of Khan from the same locality, with ongoing efforts to establish their connection to Sakshi’s murder.

Additionally, the authorities are keen to identify the individual with whom Khan was seen conversing just seconds before the attack, as they may hold crucial information about the case.

Furthermore, the police are actively searching for the knife used in the crime, which Khan had reportedly purchased two weeks prior and hid in Rithala, Rohini.

The motive behind Sakshi’s murder is believed to be Khan’s discontent with her interactions with another boy, along with a tattoo on her hand bearing the name ‘Praveen,’ which became a point of contention. Khan’s interrogation is still underway as investigators delve deeper into the case.

The revelation of possible accomplices has added a new dimension to the Delhi Love Jihad case, intensifying efforts to uncover the truth and ensure justice for Sakshi and her grieving family.

Meanwhile, Sahil was produced before a Delhi court today following his arrest in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The court granted a two-day police custody for Sahil, allowing authorities to conduct thorough interrogation and carry out necessary investigations.
