AP Announces EAMCET Results 2022 On Sche.ap.gov.in Website

The students passed with flying colors

NEW DELHI: The AP EAMCET/ EAPCET 2022 results have been released by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). At cets.apsche.ap.gov.in, the official website, students may view their grades. The council will also release names of top performers and category-specific cut-off marks along with EAMCET/EAPCET results.

More than 3 lakh (3,00,113) students took the State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Admission Test (EAPCET). The exam administration has released the results in the form of a rank card or scorecard, which contains information about each candidate’s performance on the entrance test.

The list of engineering and agriculture steam top scorers was also made public by the authorities along with the AP EAMCET results. Seat distribution for the AP EAMCET 2022 will be determined by the candidate’s score and rank.

Along with the AP EAMCET results, the authorities also released a list of the top scorers in engineering and agriculture.

This time, the scores from the entrance exam will be given equal weight in the preparation for the AP EAPCET merit list. Previously, the results of the Intermediate examination had a 25 percent weighting.

Out of the 87,744 applicants that registered for the agriculture stream, a total of 83,411 have been selected for counseling. The overall pass percentage was 95.06 percent. Meanwhile, the total Engineering stream pass rate is 89.12 percent.

Botsa Satyanarayana, the education minister for Andhra Pradesh, announced the EAMCET results at a press conference today.

For OC and BC applicants, the cutoff score for the EAPCCT 2022 is 40 (or 25%) out of 160. For SC and ST applicants, there is no set minimum score requirement.

A normalization technique was employed to remove any discrepancies in the difficulty levels of the many sessions of the AP EAMCET and to guarantee that no student would be given an advantage or disadvantage because of the numerous sessions’ scheduling.

The EAMCET results are now out, and APSCHE will immediately start the counseling process for admissions to engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy.
