NEW DELHI: In his conversation with Senior Journalist Rohan Dua, global fitness entrepreneur Mike Chang opened up about the unusual and deeply personal experience that sparked the creation of his wellness method, Flow60.
Dua pressed Chang to explain what he meant when he said his breakthrough happened “by accident.”
“I want to understand what that accident meant to you,” Dua asked. “What was that thing that prompted you to take up this decision to form Flow60?”
Chang revealed that the shift was not planned, nor was he seeking enlightenment at the time.
“By accident, meaning I did not intentionally create this level of happiness. I didn’t know what I was doing, and I accidentally opened up the energy in my body,” he explained. “I accidentally cleared and expanded my mind and released fear — all of it.”
He described the experience as an overwhelming surge of presence and joy.
“The level of happiness and bliss was just beyond what I knew existed. I call it an accident because there was no intention to do it. It took me many years to understand what I did and how it works.”
Chang said the Flow60 method was built to help others experience that same transformation — intentionally, and without confusion.
“Flow60 is a way for people to access this state… to go from where they’re at to becoming happier and healthier in their mind,” he said. “To teach people how to silence their thoughts, how to let go of nervousness, how to let go of anxiety.”
He added that the program is designed not for athletes, but for ordinary people seeking mental clarity rather than extreme fitness.
“It’s not just for people who are fit. It’s for everyday people who don’t care about the gym or exercising like crazy, but who want to be healthy, fit, and have peace of mind.”
Through Flow60, Chang hopes to offer others the mental stillness he once stumbled upon — not by chance, but by practice.
