Gaba, a resident of Hounslow, UK, has been implicated in carrying out unlawful activities during the protests that took place on March 22, 2023. The NIA’s investigations into the case have revealed that the incidents in London on March 19 and March 22 of the same year were part of a larger conspiracy to launch vicious attacks on Indian missions and their officials.

The attacks in London in March 2023 were reportedly in retaliation to action taken by the Punjab Police against pro-Khalistani separatist Amritpal Singh on March 18, 2023.

The NIA continues its investigations into the case, aiming to uncover further details and potential accomplices involved in the incident.
