SC judgement over Center's review petition

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday rejected the Centre’s demand to review its earlier order that had asked the ED to share the grounds of arrest in writing with the accused.

The Bench of Justices AS Bopanna and PV Sanjay Kumar dismissed the review petition, stating that the decision does not contain any error that warrants reconsideration. We have carefully gone through the review petitions and the connected papers. We do not find any error, much less apparent, in the order impugned, warranting its reconsideration.
