Boasting over 67 lakh square feet of floor area, it emerges as the largest office complex globally, accommodating nearly 4,500 diamond trading offices.

The megastructure is a key component of the Diamond Research and Mercantile (DREAM) City, recognised by the Guinness World Records in August as the world’s largest office building. Constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 3,500 crore, it encompasses nine towers of 15 floors, offering office spaces ranging from 300 sq ft to 1 lakh sq ft.
